Where do you clean?
I live in Bedminster and cover my local area in south Bristol, including BS3, BS4 and Windmill Hill. I may travel further if I can arrange two or three cleans in the same area.Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
I usually use the cleaning products and equipment you have at home, unless we agree otherwise.Are you insured?
Yes. I have Public Liability Insurance up to £1 million for your peace of mind.Do I need to be home?
No. You can provide keys or access codes, and I can clean while you’re out.Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes! As a solo cleaner, it will always be me — so you’ll see the same friendly, familiar face every time.What is your cancellation policy?
Please try to give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full cost of the clean.How much does it cost?
My standard rate is £22.50/hour. The cost of every cleaning job varies, depending on the size of your home, the type of clean and how often I visit. As a guide, a three-bedroom home with 1 bathroom and a cloakroom, cleaned weekly, costs approximately £60 per visit.Get in touch for a free, personalised quote.How do I pay?
I’ll send your invoice via WhatsApp on or around the 21st of each month. Payment is requested within seven days.
